or they use an existing template in the system. To create a new email from a template you can do the following:

If you have an existing email you can use that to create a second email. For example

1. Click on “Manage Saved emails”

2. click Modify Email, click continue until you get to the Visual Editor screen:

3. On this screen click into the box anywhere, then hold down your Control (CTRL) key and press “A” for all, then  “C” for copy all.

4. Then go to Create a New Email and there you will paste this information as follows:

a. Name your new email and click continue

b. Click on “visual” editor and put your cursor in the box – then hold down CTRL-V to paste everything you got from the screen before

c. Once that is pasted, you will have your old email there that you can now CAREFULLY edit. You can use the old email as a “template” for any new ones, and just type in new content.

Then continue along as normal to complete the email.

5. Add a text version of the email by just pasting in whatever you put into the template in text only.

6. Chose the list you want to send it to

7.  Go To Send and Email and chose the one you just saved

8. As you are editing your email using the “Visual” area, you can upload new images to your new email by clicking on the image button

You then browse for an image using the browse button

Now either chose one of the ones that are there, or click “Upload Image”

After you click the image GENTLY you will see it’s name go into the box on the previous screen, then click INSERT to get it into your newsletter.

Drag the handle on the image (When you click on it) to resize the image.

If you can not make the changes this way you can also click the image icon again and change the dimensions to something more manageable – then click UPDATE.

8. Once you are done editing, Follow along again and complete the sending of the email.

You can view statistics that will show you exactly who read what, how many times your customers viewed the material and if they clicked links from it. It will even show you what links are clicked. You can easily see your click rate derived from the various email reports in the software.
